I began practising as a CranioSacral Practitioner in 1996 and working as a Gestaltist in 2018. I qualified as a Gestalt Psychotherapist with The Metanoia Institute, London, in 2022.
​
As a qualified member of UKCP and the CranioSacral Society, I abide by their code of ethics, am fully insured and DBS checked to work with children and vulnerable adults. I have regular supervision and am continually updating my knowledge and skills through regular continuing professional development.

About Me
My journey as a complementary health professional began in 1996. I studied the CranioSacral curriculum with the Upledger Institute UK for 5 years before attaining qualification. I set up and ran a CST Children’s Clinic in Spain where I was living before returning to the UK with my family in 2002.
Since then I have worked in a multi disciplinary practice in Launceston, Cornwall and have my own private clinic in Holsworthy, Devon. I am a founding director of Upledger Programmes, a Community Interest Company providing Intensive CranioSacral Therapy programmes.

I began working with Psychotherapy clients in 2018 and completed my Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2022.
​
My work focuses on the relationship that you and I create together whether it is on the couch for CST or in the chair for Gestalt. I aim to meet you where you are at, both physically and emotionally and balance the support and challenge required for change.
​
I aim to help you to discover your true potential by listening deeply to what you tell me, with your body and your words. I truly believe that we all hold the power within ourselves to heal and only you have access to that power. My role is to facilitate you in finding it. I believe healing occurs through contact and connection.
